Eden Hazard mocht in de basis beginnen bij AFC Bournemouth - Chelsea en maakte zijn eerste goal van dit Premier League seizoen in de 34e minuut. Na zes weken blessureleed mocht de dribbelaar starten bij The Blues, en hij bevestigde zijn waarde meteen! Hazard scoorde zelfs nog een tweede keer in de 91e minuut en zette zo zijn teller van het seizoen op 2 goals.
